Vision
GBL envisions “A leprosy-free India with rebuilt lives of people affected.”
Mission
To develop model interventions and engage public, civil society, and policymakers to drive actions to eradicate leprosy and rebuild lives.
Objectives
- To promote Innovative Pilot Projects in surveillance, control, and care programs. The Pilot Projects to cover diverse geographical challenges: and include specialized cadre training.
- The Pilot Projects will generate aggregated Data to contribute to the evolution of national policies and programs through policy dialogue.
- To collaborate with members to help raise grants for the pilot projects.
- To build a strong public communication and engagement programme to promote awareness of the continuing tragic situation of Leprosy in India.
