GBL envisions “A leprosy-free India with rebuilt lives of people affected.”

Mission

To develop model interventions and engage public, civil society, and policymakers to drive actions to eradicate leprosy and rebuild lives.

Objectives

  1. To promote Innovative Pilot Projects in surveillance, control, and care programs. The Pilot Projects to cover diverse geographical challenges: and include specialized cadre training.
  2. The Pilot Projects will generate aggregated Data to contribute to the evolution of national policies and programs through policy dialogue.
  3. To collaborate with members to help raise grants for the pilot projects.
  4. To build a strong public communication and engagement programme to promote awareness of the continuing tragic situation of Leprosy in India.
