Share Your Field Visit Stories
This section is for our field workers and contributors to share their experiences from the field. You can write about your visits, cases you handled, success stories, challenges you faced, and the impact you saw in the community.
Your stories help us understand the real situation on the ground, learn from each other, and show the difference our work is making. By sharing your experiences, you inspire the team and help us improve our programs.
Together, your stories help us grow, learn, and create a stronger impact.
Submission Instructions
Please write in simple words and include important details like the location, date, people involved, and the outcome. You can also add photos if available.
Post Title
- Write a short and clear title (5–6 words only).
- Make sure the title is unique and clearly explains what the story or case is about.
- Avoid general titles like “Field Visit” or “Success.” Instead, use specific titles like “Rekha’s
- Journey Back to School” or “Health Camp in Village Rampur.”
Post Content
Write your story in simple and easy language (maximum 200 words).
Keep sentences short and clear.
Please include:
- Date and location of the visit
- Who was involved (use only first names if needed for privacy)
- What the problem or situation was
- What action was taken
- What was the result or impact
Focus on real experiences. Avoid very technical words. Write as if you are explaining the story to someone who is not from our organization.
Post Excerpt
Write a short summary (2–3 sentences, about 30–40 words).
The excerpt should briefly explain:
- Who the story is about
- What was done
- The final outcome
Keep it simple and interesting so readers want to read the full story.

- Always use action photos with related background
- Photos are respectful and appropriate

If you include a quote from a beneficiary:
- Write their words clearly and correctly
- Use their first name only (unless permission is given)
- Make sure a signed consent form has been taken for sharing their quote
Photos and quotes should support and match your story.

- Location (e.g., village/city name)
- Type of support (education, health, livelihood, etc.)
